SHIPPING POLICY

 
DOMESTIC 
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery me to your location. From the date of placing order, we would 
normally take 12-15 working days to dispatch your order. 
SHIPPING CHARGES 
For Domestic orders, shipping is free unless the order is a COD order. In case of domestic COD Order, we levy a shipping charge of Rs. 350/- per order along with a non refundable advance of 15% of the order value. 

TRACKING PACKAGE 

Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the 
consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, 
we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency.  

NON-AVAILABILITY WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED 

Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. Our delivery partner will contact you when delivery is being attempted at the mobile number provided while placing order. In case, of your non-availability, delivery is attempted twice before the order is returned.
